A. Yes, Although the booth is equipped with Bluetooth speakers.

A. Initially we recommend 3-5 sessions per week for the first month or two, and then you can maintain 2-3 sessions per week.
Q. How many sessions can a person participate in one day
A. It is recommended one red light therapy session per every 24 hour period

Q. How long does it take to assemble a Vitality Booth?

Q. Are the graphic wrap files provided?
A. Yes, we can supply graphic wrap files at no additional cost but they will need to be installed by a local graphic company at the buyer's expense.
Q. How often does the halo generator need to be cleaned?
A. We recommend the halo generator is cleaned at least once a month, depending on the humidity levels of your specific location.
Q.What do you use to clean the glass, and interior parts of the booth and chairs?
A. The chairs and touched zone areas like handles and knobs should be wiped between clients with a low order disinfectant wipe or spray. To remove salt particles from glass it is best to use a swiffer duster kit with extended handle or microfiber cloth. A moist cloth is best to remove fingerprints and wipe dry with a paper towel.
Q. Can someone be in the Vitality Booth when blue light UV sanitizer is in use?
A. No. This will harm the eyes and skin. No one can be inside the Vitality Booth when the blue light UV sanitizer is turned on.
Q. Does exercise equipment need to be used with a Vitality Booth?
A. No. Chairs or stools can be used if exercise equipment is not desired.
Q. Can Vitality Booths be easily moved once assembled?
A. Each Vitality Booth weighs hundreds of pounds and they are not easy to move once assembled.
Q. Is the halo generator warrantied?
A. Yes. There is a lifetime warranty on the halo generator.

A. Yes, the Vitality Booth structure (glass, hinges, floor, ceiling, door, etc., is guaranteed for 5-years.
Q. Are the red light panels F.D.A. approved?
A. The red light panels are rated as Class 2 medical devices by the F.D.A
Q. What is the LED bulb rating on the red lights?
A. The red light LED's are rated for 50,000 hours of use. This is about 17 years if they are used 8 hours per day. The panels are guaranteed for 3-years.
Q. What is the spectrum of red light used in the Vitality Booths?

Q. What are the electrical requirements for a Vitality Booth?
A. Each Vitality Booth plugs into a standard 120V wall outlet. A dedicated 20 amp circuit is recommended for small, medium and large units. A 30 amp circuit is required for the XL Vitality Booth.
Q. What are the interior dimensions of each Vitality Booth Model?
A. XL 97" x 84.5" x 80" tall. LG 41.5" x 73.2" x 80" tall. MD 41.5" x 57.4" x 80"tall. SM 43.7" x 29.5" x 80" tall.
Q. Do Vitality Booths come with seating?
A. Yes a white ergonomic chair. (Small 1, Medium 2, Large 3 and XL 4)
Q. Does the Vitality Booth XL come with a floor?
A. Unlike the small, medium and large Vitality Booths the Vitality Booth XL does not come with an integrated floor. The reason is that this size booth is most often used by professional or collegiate athletic groups, or large scale fitness centers or wellness centers, where the customer will want to add heavy workout equipment or specialized equipment inside the Vitality Booth. As such the customer can choose to add rubber mats or other type of flooring as they see fit.
Q. Is the Vitality Booth a proprietary system?
A. Yes. The Vitality Booth has been granted a U.S. patent on Nov. 21, 2023.
Q. If the optional oxygen concentrator is ordered how does that integrate with the Vitality Booth?
A. Due to supply and demand if you order the oxygen concentrator option we will send you a medical-grade oxygen concentrator based on what is currently available. All oxygen concentrators worldwide use the same connection hose. All Vitality Booths come with a connection nozzle that you use to attach the oxygen hose to the Vitality Booth. You then follow the directions to turn on the oxygen machine and it will pump oxygen through the hose and into the Vitality Booth. An oxygen concentrator is a separate machine that will weigh up to 30 pounds.
Q. How does the Vitality Booth bluetooth speaker system connect to a device?
A. When searching for a bluetooth connection you will see a device that starts with the letter B. That is the Vitality Booth. When prompted enter the code 0000. That device will then be hooked up. Note the volume on the device will control to volume on the speakers.
Q. Is the Vitality Booth a medical device?
A. No. The Vitality Booth is not classified as a medical device. The red light panels used inside Vitality Booths are registered as a Class 2 Medical Device by the FDA as noted at this link.
